I had made the sauces earlier. It’s very simple, just measure and pour. The only thing you have to chop is ginger. So....

Then you slice up your fish.





And sear it skin side up in the pan:



Flip.



And brush on the hoisin sauce.



Have your rice ready, and then season it.



Then take your rice in a bowl and top it with the fish.
